wire cutters
needle nose
pliers
cut off the crimp on the ponytail holder, put the ends between the crimp bead
crimp it shut
start making your beaded sections.
connect the beaded sections and holder with a jump ring
and you have a camera, phone, cell phone " leash...decoration.
